What’s unique about Saul?

The effort Saul went to was unreal, he just wanted to invest in us all and help us grow.

The in-course learning was light and the group activities we did put the learnings into practice.

Also, through learning more about the group and the individuals, a friendship/rapport was built and he became part of our team. The advantage here was being able to give us constructive feedback around our behaviours and how we implemented what we had learned into our day to day activities.
He observed me in meetings and stand ups - he really takes a 'fly on the wall' approach which adds no pressure to you - diligently writing down all his notes! 

Saul is a great mentor, I learnt a lot from him and he helped me develop my skills.

All in all, a great bloke. . Tried to get us all to wear yellow and black for every session though :-) and learn some song about Tigers?!
