Approachable and present

What did I get from being coached by Saul?

I enjoyed his presentation style which is a very easy going demeanour but he gets his points across in a very subtle way like arriving to meetings on time etc :)  He was very approachable and present before and after our sessions and we really got to know him personally.  He took the time to understand some of our own work dynamic situations by immersing himself in team meetings and then we could share some issues and he was able to relate and provide some unbiased feedback and coaching which is exactly what we needed.  He’s just a great guy to bounce ideas off!

Why should someone else engage Saul?

As above, Saul is very interpersonal, approachable and dedicated to his trade and pretty darn good at it!

What's unique about Saul?

I personally share a common interest with Saul with our love for Tigers and kids, so it’s great to talk AFL and parenting. Nothing unique here but he takes the time to know you personally and find a common talking point outside of work situations, which is enjoyable and it really builds rapport.
